Over the past two decades Thomas Hirschhorn has developed an inclusive art practice that energetically explores the contemporary social landscape, while gathering together references from philosophy and popular culture, economics and literature. His extended sculptural practice aims to put the viewer inside the work, and to implicate us in the issues and realities that the work confronts. He discusses his latest projects with The Hayward director Ralph Rugoff.
With support from the French Institute and the French Embassy in London.
